My name is Risa D. Richardson. I am a dedicated and passionate Childcare Specialist. Backed by a degree in Psychology, I have spent over twenty years helping parents overcome hurdles in parenting, socialization, discipline, and sibling dynamics. I am committed to supporting parents in creating parenting plans that promote familial bonding, improved awareness, and understanding of their children’s needs. 

My love of caring for, and meeting the needs of children has been my passion for over thirty years with two decades of that time spent serving families with children on the autistic spectrum.

I have worked as a Para Professional, a Parent Facilitator, Behavioral Technician, Therapy Services Manager and a Professional Nanny. My experience gives me multifaceted insights to a families uniqueness, and provides a strong base for my professional acumen.
